Returns & Exchanges
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA). To request an RA, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 617.456.6304.
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Returns that are worn, washed, altered or show wear will not be accepted.
Personalized or customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Boston Ballet cannot refund shipping and handling costs for any returns.
Returns and exchanges are accepted at all Boston Ballet Shop locations.

US Domestic Shipping:
Promo: Free domestic shipping on orders over $59. Free shipping valid on domestic orders only. Only valid on orders over $59. Not valid on past purchases.
Canada Shipping Rates:
$17 flat rate
International Shipping Rates:
$26 flat rate
Due to size and customs restrictions, some items are not available for shipment outside the US.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received. In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package.
In-store pickup is currently available for the Boston Studio location only. Please select in-store pickup during checkout and you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Most orders will be ready for pickup within 2 business days.
