Where can I return or exchange Boston Ballet items?
Boston Ballet merchandise can be purchased, returned, or exchanged at any of our shop locations. Shop hours by location can be found here.
What is Boston Ballet’s return policy?
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA). To request an RA, please email email@example.com or call 617.456.6304, Monday – Friday, 9:30 am–5 pm. Returns that are worn, washed, altered, or show wear will not be accepted. Personalized or customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Boston Ballet does not refund shipping and handling costs for any returns. 100% of proceeds directly support Boston Ballet.
What shipping options do you offer?
All items are shipped first class through the USPS. Expedited shipping can be arranged for an additional charge, please call 617.456.6304 for assistance. Additional information on shipping costs and tracking your order can be found here.
We also offer in-store pickup at our Boston Studio location. Please select in-store pickup during checkout and you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Most orders will be ready within two business days.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Orders that have not yet been shipped can be updated.
How do I know you have received my order?
After placing your order you will receive an emailed receipt with your order information. After your order has been shipped you will receive a second email with a tracking number for your package.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Depending on your location it can take 3 to 8 business days for domestic shipping and 6 to 15 business days for international shipping.
Offers & Promotions
Can subscribers use their shop savings online?
Yes, subscriber discounts can be used at all shop locations (20% off for 5-ballet subscribers, 10% off for all other subscribers). For online purchases please use the promo code on the back of your subscriber card.
How do I apply a promo code to my order?
During checkout please enter your promo code in the discount code box. Please note only one promo code can be used per order; promo codes are not valid on BBS class cards.
How do I find out about new items or promotions?
Be the first to see new products and get exclusive offers by signing up for Boston Ballet Shop emails. Please email email@example.com to be added to the list.

Does each location have the same selection?
Items vary slightly by location with the largest selection of items available at the Boston Opera House lobby shop and online shop. If you are looking for a particular item please contact us at 617.456.6246 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to assist you.
How should I wash my Boston Ballet apparel?
We suggest washing garments inside-out in cold water and hanging them to dry.
If I received the incorrect item or my item arrived damaged, how can I receive a replacement?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
How can I purchase a gift card?
At this time Boston Ballet Shop gift cards are not available. Gift cards are available for ticket and subscription purchases only and are available here.
I have forgotten my login details. What should I do?
Please use the link on the login page to reset your password. Please note your Boston Ballet Shop login is not the same as your Boston Ballet login for tickets, donations, and Boston Ballet School classes.
How can I volunteer with the Shop?
